The quality of performance cannot be judged by the naked eye and needs to be evaluated through a series of rigorous tests.

Test 1: Fatigue resistance of pull rods

At a certain frequency of pulling and pressing, the reciprocating fatigue performance of the pull rod, the structural firmness of the pull rod, and the durability of the switch are tested by continuously switching, reciprocating pulling and pressing the pull rod lock and pull rod. Qualified products are required to be pulled and closed 3000 times, while high-quality products are required to be pulled and closed 4000 times. After testing, the pull rod has no deformation, jamming, loosening or other phenomena.

Test 2: Walking performance

The performance evaluation of the walking wheel's wear resistance directly limits the length of our travel distance. Qualified products shall undergo an 8km walking test, while high-quality products shall undergo a 12km walking test. After the test, the wear of the walking wheel diameter shall not exceed 2mm; In addition, after testing, the walking wheel should rotate flexibly, without jamming or deformation; The wheel frame and axle should have no deformation or cracking.

Test Three: Oscillation Impact Performance

The oscillation impact performance is a key indicator to test the quality of the trolley box, and it is a reflection of whether the quality of the trolley box is outstanding or not. The reason for saying this is because the oscillation impact performance is a very rigorous test. After loading the specified load into the box, the trolley box is lifted by a handle or a fully opened pull rod, and then it is lowered at a certain speed and its own weight within the specified stroke. The spring absorbs and releases the force, causing the trolley box to be impacted and oscillated, thereby checking the quality of the handle, pull rod, and box.

Test four: Impact resistance performance

During the journey, improper placement of luggage can pose a risk of falling. In order to test the drop resistance of the luggage, we conducted an impact resistance test. Due to the uncertainty of the location where the luggage falls and hits the ground, drop tests were conducted on all 6 surfaces, 8 corners, and 12 edges of the luggage during the testing process. When testing the surface, the drop height is 900mm, and when testing the corners and edges, the drop height is 600mm. After testing, the box and all components should be undamaged or damaged.

Test 5: Resistance of the hard box surface to falling ball impact

Due to the brittleness of the hard box surface material, it is prone to cracking under heavy impact. Therefore, we evaluate the material performance of the hard box surface by evaluating its resistance to falling ball impact. Qualified products use a 4000g metal hammer, while high-quality products use a 5000g metal hammer to impact the box surface at a height of 700mm. After the test, the box surface should not deform or crack.

Look, after a free fall, the durable ball landed steadily on the box. Will such an impact force cause damage to the box?

Test 6: Zipper Flat Pull Strength

Before we go out, we always worry about not carrying enough things, so we try our best to stuff things into our luggage, hoping to stuff the whole house in. This is the key time to test the quality of the luggage zipper. We test the bite strength between the zipper chain teeth by testing the flat pulling force of the zipper.
